🧭 Lịch trình

Lhasa-Mila Pass-Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon-Suosong Village (view Namcha Barwa sunset/sunrise)
This morning, the driver will pick you up at the hotel entrance, then travel via the Lhasa-Nyingchi Expressway to Nyingchi, the "Little Jiangnan of Tibet." Along the way, you will cross the 【Mila Pass】at an altitude of 5,013 meters (or the Mila Mountain Tunnel). Standing at the pass, the mountain wind blows strongly, and under the blue sky and white clouds, colorful prayer flags flutter and sway between the earth and the sky, conveying the devout wishes of Tibetan people to the gods above. This is the highest pass on the Sichuan-Tibet route. Afterwards, you will arrive at the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon for a visit. The 【Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon】enjoys the reputation of being the "world's largest canyon" and is the most mysterious region on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, rated as the deepest, longest, and highest-altitude grand canyon in the world. In the grand canyon scenic area, because the peaks and the gorge are neighbors at close range, the intense terrain contrast of several thousand meters constitutes a magnificent wonder that can be called the world's number one. After visiting the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon, you will head to Suosong Village to taste the Lulang Stone Pot Chicken. 【Lulang Stone Pot Chicken】uses hand-shaped ginseng and free-range chicken as ingredients, slowly stewed in a specially made stone pot. The flavor of Lulang Stone Pot Chicken is very unique, with the soup carrying a faint herbal fragrance, and the chicken tender yet springy, rich in 17 mineral trace elements including magnesium and iron. It is one of the local dishes not to be missed. After enjoying the meal, begin the 【Tibetan Costume Experience】, playing and frolicking with your besties or friends in Tibetan attire, leaving behind memories of your youth. Alternatively, you can, like us, hold hands with your loved one and take couple portraits, playing the roles of Tashi and Drolma, adding unforgettable memories to your journey.

Suosong Village-Namcha Barwa sunrise-Gongdelin Grassland-Dagu Canyon-Gangbala Mountain (Yamdrok Lake sunset)-Yamdrok Lake camping
Early this morning, you need to get up early to watch the sunrise at 【Namcha Barwa Peak】. Watching the sunrise is a romantic thing—even alone, it makes a beautiful memory. If you are lucky, you may also have the chance to see the stunning sight of golden sunlight on the snow-capped mountain. Afterwards, you will set off from Suosong Village to Zetang in Shannan. Along the way, you will pass through 【Gongdelin Grassland】. Stepping into the vast Gongdelin Grassland feels like entering a herdsman's paradise—foals frolic, yaks roam leisurely, and cooking smoke rises from felt tents. The enchanting grassland scenery lets you truly experience the far-reaching mood of "the sky is vast, the wilderness boundless, and as the wind blows the grass low, cattle and sheep appear." Then continue heading toward Shannan, passing through Dagu Canyon. 【Dagu Canyon】is a relatively narrow section of the middle reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and belongs to the second-largest canyon of the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Here the river flows swiftly, roaring and surging, which is breathtaking. Dagu Canyon is also called Monkey-Watching Terrace, because it is very easy to encounter troops of monkeys here. The monkey king often brings his family to beg passersby for food. The monkeys here are very enthusiastic, so please keep an eye on your bags and be careful they don't confiscate them. Finally, cross Gambala Mountain (elevation 5,030 meters), the best spot to overlook Yamdrok Lake. The azure sky and lake water reflect each other. The pure lake water shows different shades of blue under the sunlight, a breathtaking sight. (Enjoy the intoxicating sunset over Yamdrok Lake.) In the evening, stay in a Yamdrok Lake stargazing bubble room (2-4 person room) and experience a lakeside BBQ.
🍽️ Breakfast included, lunch not included, dinner included 🏨 Yamdrok Lake Starry Sky Bubble Tent

Yamdrok Lake (sunrise)-Half-loop Yamdrok Lake-Karola Glacier-Manla Reservoir-Shigatse
After breakfast, drive to begin today's sacred lake + glacier exploration journey. First, you will take a half-loop around Yamdrok Lake to deeply experience its beauty. Yamdrok Lake is one of the three sacred lakes of Tibet. The lake surface is calm and emerald blue, like a sapphire on the Shannan Plateau. The lake water is as smooth as a mirror, and the lakeshore has abundant water and grass, making it a rich plateau pasture. Local Tibetans praise Yamdrok Lake in folk songs: "A fairyland in heaven, Yamdrok on earth. Stars in the sky, cattle and sheep by the lake." After visiting Yamdrok Lake, you will drive via Nagarze to visit 【Karo-la Glacier】 at over 5,000 meters above sea level. Karo-la Glacier is located beside the highway, like a giant thangka hanging on the mountain wall, crystal clear and pure white, so close it seems you could touch it. After that, you will continue toward Shigatse. Along the way, you will pass 【Noijin Kangsang Snow Mountain】 and 【Manla Reservoir】. Noijin Kangsang Snow Mountain is surrounded by clouds and snow year-round, with falling snow particles accumulating and compacting over the years to form ice layers 20-100 meters thick. Under the influence of its own gravity, the ice layers move slowly and have developed into multiple glaciers. Manla Reservoir is similar to Yamdrok Lake, a stretch of emerald water embedded among the mountains. Although it is a man-made reservoir, the turquoise water reflecting the distant mountains makes it especially beautiful. Then arrive in Shigatse to watch Tibetan opera and eat Tibetan cuisine at a Tibetan restaurant, experiencing local customs. In the evening, stay at a 4-star hotel in Shigatse.

Shigatse-Tingri-Gyatsola Pass-Mount Everest Base Camp
After breakfast, you will set off from Shigatse to Mount Everest, the world's highest peak. Along the way you will cross the [Gyatso La Pass] at an altitude of 5,248 meters, where you can gaze at Mount Everest in the distance and also view Cho Oyu, Lhotse and Makalu. Afterwards you will continue to Everest Base Camp. [Everest Base Camp] is one of the best spots to view and photograph Mount Everest. At dusk, as night gradually shrouds the mountains, only the summit of Everest shines in the sunset like a goddess's golden crown in the sky, letting you enjoy the glory of standing at the top of the world, supreme on Earth. In addition, Everest Base Camp mainly provides accommodation for tourists, with restrooms and a tent post office, the highest-altitude post office in China, where visitors can send a postcard or letter to family and friends, which is truly meaningful. In the evening, stay at a guesthouse at the foot of Everest—a twin room (simple washing facilities) or a multi-person tent (for stargazing).
🍽️ Breakfast included, lunch not included, dinner included 🏨 Guesthouse at the Foot of Mount Everest / Everest Base Camp Tent

Mount Everest Base Camp-Gyawula Pass-Tingri-Shigatse-Nimu Grassland-Dangxiong
Early this morning, while the peaks are still asleep in the dawn, you will face the rising sun and look up at Mount Everest, receiving a spiritual baptism from the world's highest peak, 【Mount Everest】(altitude 8,844.43 meters). Afterwards, carrying your lingering attachment to Mount Everest, you will head to Damxung. Along the way, you will pass the 【Gyawu La Pass】at an altitude of 5,210 meters, where you can see the spectacular sight of four snow-capped mountains over 8,000 meters arranged in a row. From left to right, these four peaks are: Makalu (8,463 meters); Lhotse (8,516 meters); Mount Everest (8,848 meters); Cho Oyu (8,201 meters). Next, you will continue onward to reach the 【Nyêmo Grassland】, where sheep, horses, and other animals graze leisurely. The snow-capped mountains beside it are the source of the Nyêmo River. This river is not very wide but very clear, weaving through the grassland just like that, flowing quietly. The pasture grass nurtured along its banks is therefore very fertile. In addition, because it is very close to the Yangbajing Hot Springs, you will feel that this small river also has a warmth to it, which is quite wonderful. Afterwards, arrive in Damxung and check into the 4-star hotel in Damxung — Kangma Hot Spring (bring your own swimsuit) or an equivalent hotel.
🍽️ Breakfast included, lunch not included, dinner not included 🏨 Damxung 4-star hotel

Dangxiong-Northern Tibet Grassland-Namtso-Zhaxi Peninsula-Dangxiong-Lhasa
After breakfast, you will drive to Namtso. Along the way, you will pass through 【Northern Tibet Grassland】. Beneath the blue sky, white clouds, and snow-capped mountains lies the boundless grassland; under the sunlight, the green grass shimmers with enchanting colors; in the distance, a small river shines like a silver ribbon in the sun. The beauty of the grassland is meant to be quietly appreciated—take a deep breath and calm your mind. Afterwards, you will pass through 【Lakenla Pass】at an elevation of 5,190 meters. The mani piles at Lakenla Pass are covered with prayer flags, which in the hearts of Tibetans represent reverence for the gods. Standing at the pass and looking north, you can gaze at the beautiful Namtso. Then you will arrive at the heavenly lake 【Namtso】and visit Tashi Peninsula at Namtso. Tashi Peninsula is the largest peninsula of Namtso and also the most important scenic spot for visiting Namtso. Because it was eroded by the heavenly lake waters over a long period, the island is dotted with many tranquil caves filled with stalactites, forming a unique karst landscape—truly a wonder. Namtso is the largest lake in Tibet, the highest saltwater lake in the world, and one of the three great sacred lakes of Tibet. The beauty of Namtso cannot be put into words; it can only be experienced in person. After visiting Namtso, return to Lhasa and disband the group at the hotel.
